Cancellation Policy

**CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP/COSMETIC TATTOO SERVICES** Thank you for choosing us for your PMU/Cosmetic Tattoo Services. Please note the following: - We have a 72-hour, (3 business day) cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all our clients’ needs. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. - A card is required to book an appointment. - If you are a no-call, no-show, or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours, (3 business days) in advance, your card on file will be charged the full service price. - A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted immediately upon booking. - The remaining balance can only be paid in CASH or CARD at your scheduled appointment. - If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us anytime during business hours (72 business hours before your scheduled appointment). Appointments canceled within 72 business hours (3 business days) cannot be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded. We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, BeYOUtiful Ink reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded. **CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EYELASH/AESTHETIC SERVICES** Thank you for choosing us for your aesthetic services. - We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all our patients’ needs. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. - A card is required to book an appointment. - A deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted immediately upon booking. - The remaining balance can only be paid in CASH or CARD at your scheduled appointment. - If you’re a no-call, no-show, or cancel less than 48 hours, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. - You won’t be able to reserve a new appointment until the fee is paid. - If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us anytime during business hours (48 hours before your scheduled appointment). Appointments canceled within 48 hours (2 business days) cannot be rescheduled, and your deposit won’t be refunded. We kindly request that you arrive for your appointment on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, BeYOUtiful Ink reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit won’t be refunded.
